Raisin toast
Overview
I have made a lot of toast, but my favorite is the one with raisins added. You can taste the sweet and sour raisins in one bite, which is much more delicious than just toast.

Pour milk into a bread barrel, beat in eggs, put sugar in one corner, salt in another corner, pour in flour, make a small hole in the flour, add yeast

Start the dough mixing program for 20 minutes and knead into dough

Remove and deflate and divide into three pieces of dough

Cover and let rise in a warm place until 90% full
