Fried ham with fungus

Overview

I originally wanted to make scrambled eggs with ham and fungus, but I figured I already had scrambled eggs with tomatoes, so I didn’t add the eggs. If you put eggs, the colors will be more colorful - bright yellow, emerald green, fiery red, and dark~~

1. 1 Slice the ham sausage, soak and wash the fungus, slice the cucumber, and shred the pepper.

   

2. 2 Heat oil in a pan, add ham and stir-fry until lightly browned.

   

3. 3 Add the fungus and stir-fry for a few times, add cucumber and pepper, add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce and stir-fry until cooked, turn off the heat.

   

4. 4 Plate and eat~
