Cut the fat and lean meat into small pieces, add freshly ground pepper, Sichuan pepper powder, and light soy sauce

Cut the white and green parts of the garlic sprouts separately, mince the garlic, chop the green onions, and prepare all the ingredients

Heat the oil in the pan and when it is 50% hot, add the minced meat

After stir-frying, add chopped green onion and half of the minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant

Pour in the tofu, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce and stir well

Cover and simmer over low heat for five minutes
