Cut the pork belly into slices, add barbecue sauce and pork rib sauce, and marinate for more than half an hour.

Peel the potatoes, wash and slice them. Line a baking pan with tin foil, grease it with oil, and place potato slices on it.

Place marinated pork belly on top of the potato slices

Pour some sparerib sauce on top and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Turn the pork belly over, smear it with pork rib sauce, and continue grilling for 10 minutes.
