Weigh out all the ingredients except butter and cocoa powder, put them into the bread machine, and start the dough mixing process

Knead into smooth dough

Add butter cubes

Continue kneading noodles

Knead until expanded

Let the dough rise until doubled in size, about an hour and a half

Take out the exhaust and let it rest for fifteen minutes

Feel free to add some cocoa powder

Knead until the flour is incorporated into the dough and rest for fifteen minutes

Divide into two parts (because I use two molds)

Place into non-stick mold

Also put the other portion of dough into the mold

Carry out secondary fermentation until the mold is almost full, then put it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes

After baking, take it out of the oven and let it dry on the grill until it reaches room temperature

Just slice it
