Steamed okra with minced meat

Simple steamed dishes are my favorite, and of course I don’t know how to make complicated ones.

Prepare the ingredients, marinate the minced meat with seasonings, and chop the canned mustard into cubes.

Remove the stems of okra, clean it, add water to a pot, add a few drops of oil, and blanch the okra.

Get the minimum plate.

Spread the minced meat and diced mustard on top, and add some shredded ginger.

Put boiling water into the pot and steam.

Steam for ten minutes and it will be ready.

Add some sesame oil, light soy sauce, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
