Black Garlic Rainbow Salad
Overview
In spring and summer, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. are all seasonal vegetables. The fresh fruits and vegetables are put together and paired with 120-day-ripened black garlic that is rich in amino acids, vitamins, dietary fiber and other nutrients. The taste is sweet, delicious and healthy.

Dice the black garlic, cut the chicken breast into shreds, tear the lettuce, dice the cucumber, chop the purple cabbage, and cut the tomatoes in half (the chicken breast needs to be cooked in a separate pot, the picture is for reference only)
