Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Take four pieces of toast and cut out the middle part without cutting off the edges of the toast.

Melt butter and brush on remaining piece of toast.

Brush with honey.

Beat the eggs and brush around the toast.

Place a layer of toast on the side, brush with a layer of egg wash and a layer of honey.

Arrange all toast sides in sequence.

Cut the middle in half and brush with butter and honey.

Place on a baking sheet and bake in oven for 10 minutes.
