Bear yogurt bread
Overview
I used the recipe of the yogurt lunch bag to make the cute little bear bread. It needs to be placed a little bit on the mouth, but I put it in the middle of the face and it didn’t look good. In the end, I had to pick it out and use chocolate to make up for it.

Steps
-
Put all the ingredients except salt and butter into a large bowl and mix well with chopsticks, cover with a plastic bag and place in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
-
Put it into a bread machine and mix until smooth, add butter and salt and continue mixing (use the salt-then-oil method)
-
Cut the mixed dough into a small piece to pull out an unbreakable film, and arrange the dough to ferment (the current room temperature is 26°C)
-
Dip your finger in flour and poke holes in the fermented dough until it doesn't shrink or collapse.
-
Divide the dough into 6 pieces of 32g and 20g.
-
Divide the dough into 24 pieces of about 3 grams each (the bear’s hands and feet)
-
Place the smaller one on top of the larger one, leaving a slight gap in the middle.
-
Place hands, feet and mouth for secondary fermentation.
-
Ferment in an environment of 35 to 38 degrees, and brush with egg wash after fermentation.
-
Preheat the oven in advance, and set the middle shelf of the oven to 175°C for about 20 minutes (time and temperature are for reference only)
-
Melt the chocolate in a piping bag in advance and cut small openings in the piping bag to decorate with your favorite pattern.
