Steam purple sweet potato

After peeling, add 10 grams of sugar and 20 grams of butter

Put it into a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to roll it into purple sweet potato puree

First add milk, eggs, sugar and salt to the bread bucket

Then add flour, yeast and 90 grams of purple sweet potato puree, and start kneading the dough

After forming a ball, add the chopped butter and continue stirring

After the dough is completely mixed, place it at room temperature for basic fermentation

Ferment until doubled

Flatten the dough to deflate, divide into three parts and rest for 15 minutes

Braid it into twists, put it in a toast box, and put it in a warm place for secondary fermentation

After the oven is preheated, bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes
