Braised chicken gizzards
Overview
The marinade for marinating the pork ribs yesterday has not been put away. There is still chicken gizzards I bought last time in the refrigerator. Now that the weather is hot and I don’t want to fry them, I took them out and marinated them. It’s simple and delicious

Clean the chicken gizzards and drain them

Pour into boiling water and blanch to remove the smell

Wash and dry the blanched chicken gizzards

Put it into the marinade and cook it in a rice cooker for 20 minutes
