Spiced Roasted Seaweed
Overview
Every year I buy a lot of seaweed. In addition to using it for cooking, soup, and baking, I also use it for breakfast. I like to bake it for breakfast. The roasted seaweed is fragrant and crispy, with a faint smell of the sea and a strong seaweed flavor. I usually bake more plain ones, but occasionally I bake some multi-flavored ones, which is based on the original flavor and sprinkled with various seasonings that I like. What is recorded here is the five-flavored version. If you bake it in its original flavor without seasoning, it is fine. Although the method is very simple, the taste is very good. I believe you will like it if you try it.
