Overview
Sophora japonica has a special sweet taste and is said to be able to clear away heat, detoxify, lower blood pressure, and cure constipation. In order to be able to eat it for a long time, I will buy it in May when the locust flowers are in full bloom, and simply process it, so that I can enjoy it even in the snowy winter.

Soak the dried Sophora japonica flowers in clean water;

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a little salt, add freshly soaked dried sophora japonica flowers and cook for a while;
