Scrambled eggs with tomatoes
Overview
I am a stay-at-home mom born in the 1980s. From when I first got married, I couldn't even cook, to now, I am responsible for all the chores at home alone; from when I just quit my job, I was irritable and helpless at home, to now, I enjoy cooking every day. Time and environment have changed me, and cooking a delicious meal for my family every day has become my greatest satisfaction. This satisfaction, just like this dish, is usually cooked in every household, but if I don’t cook it for a long time, I will miss it again...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare materials
-
Cut tomatoes into slices and set aside
-
Put a small amount of oil in the pot. For health reasons, I usually don’t put much oil
-
After the oil is hot, turn to low heat, beat in the eggs one by one, and stir-fry a little
-
Remove the eggs, leaving a little residual oil in the pot, no need to add more oil
-
Add the tomatoes and stir-fry until the tomatoes become soft. Add a small amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook over low heat until the tomatoes are soft
-
Add eggs
-
Add sugar, add tomato paste, stir well
-
Add a spoonful of salt, turn the pan evenly, and turn off the heat.
