Scallop pancake

Scallop pancake

Overview

I made scallop pancakes according to teacher CANDEY's recipe. Thank you master for sharing. The scallop pancake should look like a scallop, with the upper and lower shells separated and stuffed with various fillings. Since I rolled it thin, it turned out a bit ugly. Despite that, I still received praise from my daughter. This is the motivation for me to keep working hard!
