Coconut Papaya Sago Dew
Overview
I fall in love with making desserts. I still have some leftover sago and coconut milk, and the green-skinned papaya is so sweet. I’m going to make a coconut-flavored papaya and sago dew today!

Bring a pot of water to a boil, pour the sago into the pot, and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. When the sago is cooked until a small white spot remains in the middle, turn off the heat, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.

Use a sieve to filter out the water used to cook the sago, and rinse the sago three times with cold boiled water. The sago will become transparent.

Cut the papaya, scrape off the seeds, and cut into pieces as you like, set aside.

Boil a pot of water, pour the coconut milk into the water, stir well and bring to a boil. A rich coconut fragrance will come out.

Then pour the previously prepared sago into the pot and cook for 1 minute, then turn off the heat. Put it in a bowl and finally add the chopped papaya. The delicious coconut-flavored papaya and sago is completed
