Add water to the meat filling and beat vigorously, add soy sauce, sesame oil, oil, salt and chicken essence and stir evenly.

Wash, peel and cut cucumber into sections.

Use a small spoon to hollow out the inside of the cucumber. Don't dig too deep. Leave the bottom and make the cucumber segments into cup shapes.

Stuff the meat filling into the cucumber cups.

Steam in a steamer for 8 minutes.

Arrange on a plate, garnish with cherry tomatoes and place a corn kernel on each meatball.
