Little yellow duck Madeline
Overview
Madeleines are a classic French dessert with a simple recipe and preparation. After failing to make the duck cartoon mold this time, I tried to make the little yellow duck Madeleine using Madeleine's recipe. The moment it came out of the oven, I was attracted by the cute little yellow duck shape.

Steps
-
Prepare all required materials.
-
Add white sugar to 120 grams of whole egg liquid (about 3 eggs).
-
Beat well.
-
Mix the low-gluten flour and baking powder evenly and sift into the egg mixture.
-
Mix well with a rubber spatula.
-
Melt butter over water.
-
Add melted butter.
-
Mix well.
-
Divide a small spoonful of batter and add a little orange coloring (a very small spoonful of batter is enough, you only need to squeeze 8 duck mouths).
-
Mix plain batter with orange coloring.
-
Put the orange batter into a piping bag.
-
Cut a small opening in the piping bag, squeeze out the duck's beak, and place it in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour. At the same time, put the original batter in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour.
-
Take out the original batter and warm it to a fluid state, then put it into a piping bag.
-
Pour the original batter into the duck body parts in the mold. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, heat up and down for about 22 minutes, remove from the mold and let cool.
-
Melt the chocolate coins and squeeze them into the duck's eyes.
