Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Blanch the fish in boiling water for five minutes, peel off the surface layer of skin, clean and set aside, and prepare three slices of ginger.

If the juice and meat of the green coconut are not enough, add an appropriate amount of purified water, put the other ingredients into the rice cooker and simmer for 90 minutes (carrots and Codonopsis pilosula were cut with a knife and I forgot to take pictures).
