Tomato Beef Noodles

Overview

I bought a piece of beef to make pepper beef tenderloin, but I didn’t handle it properly and the beef couldn’t be chewed, so I had to put it in the electric stew pot and simmer it before eating it

Steps

1. 1 Cut large tomatoes into cubes and put them in after the oil is hot

   

2. 2 When the tomatoes become soft, add a spoonful of beef broth and press the tomatoes with a spatula to make them rotten

   

3. 3 Use chopsticks to pick out the tomato skins

   

4. 4 Add a spoonful of tomato sauce and beef cubes

   

5. 5 Add appropriate amount of beef broth and bring to a boil over high heat, season with salt

   

6. 6 Cook the noodles in a separate pot

   

7. 7 Finished product
