Melt black and white chocolate over water.

Dip the strawberries evenly in the chocolate sauce and then roll them in the pistachios to coat with the pistachios.

I used Dove chocolate. Dove chocolate itself is relatively sweet. I did not add sugar. If you like a sweeter taste, you can add some fine sugar to the chocolate and melt it together.
