Steps
-
First, let’s review the materials.
-
Trim off as much fat as possible from the chicken thighs and cut into dices about 1 cm in length.
-
Then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and sesame oil in a bowl, mix well, and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
-
Spray a thin layer of oil into a small horse manure mold, then spread the wonton skin into each pit and spray another layer of oil. Then bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit/160 degrees Celsius for 5-10 minutes until the wonton skin is set.
-
We cut the rest of the materials into small pieces with a side length of about 1 cm. The prince mushroom can be slightly larger because it will shrink.
-
Heat the wok, add a little oil, then add the diced chicken and fry until 7 minutes cooked and then take it out. Remember to wash the pot, wash the pot, wash the pot.
-
Heat the wok again, add a little oil, add the mushrooms and stir-fry.
-
Pour in the two-color diced cucumber and continue to stir-fry for a few times. You can add a little salt during this period.
-
Pour in the diced chicken and stir-fry again until all ingredients are mixed and then serve. Before serving, you can add an appropriate amount of sesame oil to enhance the aroma of the dish.
-
We can spoon the fried diced chicken into the shaped wonton cup.
