Apple Bread
Overview
Dough ingredients: 200g flour, 40g eggs, 85g milk, 20g sugar, 20g butter, 3g yeast, 2g salt. Apple filling: 2 apples, 30g brown sugar, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder.

Put the dough ingredients into the bread barrel according to the liquid and then solid use procedures.

Knead the dough for 20 minutes until smooth and add softened butter. Knead again until smooth, cover and ferment until doubled in size.

Dice the apples, add sugar and lemon juice, and boil away the water. Add cinnamon powder and mix well.

Divide the fermented dough into 6 portions. After rolling into a ball, wake up for 10 minutes.

Take a piece of dough and roll it out, remove the air, and put an appropriate amount of apple filling on it.

The mouth is rounded.

Once everything is done, put it in the oven to ferment for 40 minutes.

After fermentation, rinse with a little egg liquid. Insert cinnamon stick.

Preheat the oven to 185 degrees and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
