Pork Ribs and Glutinous Rice
Overview
My son likes to eat glutinous rice with spareribs. When he orders it in a restaurant, it is sometimes cooked in advance and steamed bit by bit. Occasionally, he encounters something that is stale. When he comes back, he tries it out on his own with some success. My son also loves it. This dish has more meat and is used as a side dish, and more rice is used as a staple food!

Ingredients
Steps
-
The ribs are marinated in advance with seasonings, and an appropriate amount of onions, ginger, and garlic are added to enhance the flavor! I marinate it the night before and put it in the refrigerator. The longer it takes, the better the flavor will be!
-
The glutinous rice is also soaked the night before
-
Remove the onion, ginger, and garlic from the pork ribs, and mix the pork ribs with the glutinous rice. Because the sauce contains salt, I did not add extra salt. If the color is light after mixing, you can add soy sauce and mix well!
-
Pressure cooker with water for 30 minutes!
-
Add appropriate amount of chopped green onion and sesame seeds
-
Enjoy!
