Overview
My family likes to stir-fry broad beans and lettuce leaves together. The fragrance of broad beans and the fragrance of lettuce leaves make my mouth water just thinking about it 😋

Appropriate amount of broad beans and rice, rinse slightly with water and set aside.
-
Wash the lettuce leaves and twist them into small pieces and set aside.
-
Cut ginger and garlic into shreds and set aside.
-
Add oil to the wok and turn on high heat. When the oil is hot, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant!

Add broad beans and stir-fry until they change color, add salt and stir-fry evenly, add half a bowl of water in a small bowl, turn down the heat slightly and continue to stir-fry.
-
After the water has dried up and the broad beans are basically cooked, turn to high heat, add the lettuce leaves and continue to stir-fry. Before serving, add a small amount of pepper and Sichuan peppercorns (according to personal taste, you can leave it out if you don't like it), stir-fry evenly and then put it on a plate.
