Baked Boston Lobster with Garlic and Cheese
Overview
Boston lobster lives in cold seas, and its meat is tender, smooth and delicate. The product is high in protein, low in fat, rich in vitamins A, C, D and calcium, sodium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, sulfur, copper and other trace elements, and is delicious. I prefer baking garlic cheese, it’s so delicious!

Ingredients
Steps
-
After buying the lobster, clean it up. Here is a way to quickly clean up the lobster. Use a clip to hold the head of the lobster and blanch it in boiling water until it dies. Then, blanch the whole body in boiling water for a minute and then take it out to urinate. There is a small hole in the tail, insert a chopstick into it and urinate! Pack up and put ice water aside
-
Use a kitchen knife to cut the lobster from the middle, split it into two parts, remove the head, clean it and set aside
-
Use a meat mallet to break it with tongs so that you can easily place the cheese on it and bake it
-
Line a baking sheet with tin foil. I’m making 2 lobsters, so ignore the four halves on my baking sheet
-
Heat the pot and add diced butter. After it slowly melts over low heat, add in diced onions and minced garlic. Stir until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside
-
Use a small spoon to scoop out the minced garlic and spread it on the lobster meat, as shown in the picture
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes, take it out and spread the mozzarella cheese on it and bake for another 5 minutes!
