Fried pork lungs with onions

This is a dish made by my mother-in-law. When I came home, she was sweating in the kitchen, so I picked up the camera and took a picture.

Cut the braised pork lungs you bought into slices.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add onion shreds and salt and fry until soft.
