Prepare a carrot, beaten eggs, a handful of fungus, a handful of shiitake mushrooms, a pack of enoki mushrooms, and 50G of nape meat. (Agaric and shiitake mushrooms are best dried, soaked in advance and cut into shreds.)

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and sauté until fragrant.

First add the shredded pork neck and stir-fry to remove the moisture.

Add carrot shreds, fungus, shiitake mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms in turn and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until soft, then add hot water to boil and add salt to taste.
