Sausage Pizza

This is a lazy version of pizza. Instead of frying tomatoes, tomato sauce and half a spoon of oyster sauce are used instead. The mozzarella cheese is not weighed, just take a handful and sprinkle it in three times in total, so it should be said that the amount used is not much. But the sausage-flavored pizza is always said to taste great. This time I made it specially for my character baby. After putting it in the oven I left the kitchen to dry it. 20 minutes later, I walked into the living room, and my character baby said in the room: Mom, it just 'dinged'. I actually heard that ding too. After taking it out, oh, this time the bottom of the dough was more toasted than before. The baby said that the pancake this time was very delicious, and it tasted good with less cheese. My experience is that using high-gluten flour does taste better than ordinary flour. Because it was 10 inches long, the mother and son couldn’t finish their lunch at one sitting.
