Sausage Pizza
Overview
This is a lazy version of pizza. Instead of frying tomatoes, tomato sauce and half a spoon of oyster sauce are used instead. The mozzarella cheese is not weighed, just take a handful and sprinkle it in three times in total, so it should be said that the amount used is not much. But the sausage-flavored pizza is always said to taste great. This time I made it specially for my character baby. After putting it in the oven I left the kitchen to dry it. 20 minutes later, I walked into the living room, and my character baby said in the room: Mom, it just 'dinged'. I actually heard that ding too. After taking it out, oh, this time the bottom of the dough was more toasted than before. The baby said that the pancake this time was very delicious, and it tasted good with less cheese. My experience is that using high-gluten flour does taste better than ordinary flour. Because it was 10 inches long, the mother and son couldn’t finish their lunch at one sitting.

Steps
-
The flour is kneaded by hand the night before and kept in the refrigerator to ferment. I took it out this morning, sprinkled some baking soda on the countertop, rubbed it to release the air, and then let it rest for a while. Use a large bowl to moisten while preparing the stuffing.

Other ingredients, forget the onions again! Yes, there are two types of sausages. One is made by my mother herself, and the other is a gift from a colleague from Chongqing.
-
One full spoonful of tomato sauce and half a spoonful of oyster sauce, mix well and set aside
-
Roll the dough into a large round cake
-
Place some holes in the baking pan, place a rolling pin on top and cover with a towel to keep it moist
-
Onions and minced garlic are leftover from yesterday’s cooking. Corn, peas and carrots are bought in mixed packages. Rinse them with tap water and let them dry for a while
-
Sausage cut into diagonal slices
-
Pour a little vegetable oil into the pot
-
Lower sausage
-
Stir out the oil and set aside
-
Just heat the pan, add onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant
-
Add corn, peas and carrot diced
-
Fry until the water is dry, add a little salt, turn off the heat and wait until it cools
-
Brush the bottom of the cake with the tomato oyster sauce mixture and use it up just right. (At this time, preheat the oven at 200 degrees for ten minutes)
-
Sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese and arrange the sausage slices
-
Sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese and add fried dried vegetables
-
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese for the third time
-
After sprinkling the pizza grass, place it in the middle and lower racks of the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes (I forgot to take a picture when I put it in the oven).

When the time is up, just put on gloves and take it out
