This seafood hotpot was made last night for a small gathering among colleagues on Christmas Eve. Because I have to participate in a hotpot competition recently, eating hotpot is very personal and the atmosphere is lively, so I took the opportunity to invite colleagues to come over to provide materials for the competition. Secondly, it is good for everyone to get together and connect with each other. The hotpots I make are actually very simple. I don’t waste time, don’t worry about the combinations, simple ingredients are cooked and eaten, haha. The hotpot series seems to be very popular recently.
