It was my first time to try Mozzarella cheese, and I was pleasantly surprised by its delicious taste. The chewy texture is a bit like tofu, and it's very tough when chewed. The light milky aroma of the cheese itself melts when paired with the tomato seafood soup and garlic bread!

French baguette transformation - bread pudding
When I went to the supermarket on Friday night, my baby insisted on buying a French baguette. I thought the hard stick could be used as a weapon, which was very fun. But when she really tasted it, she threw it aside and didn't want it anymore! To be honest, I don't like baguettes very much. They are so hard and tasteless, and they don't taste good after being soaked in milk. The poor stick seemed to have been thrown into the cold palace and ignored all day. What to do? You can’t throw it away! So, in line with the principle of not wasting food, I thought and thought, and finally came up with an idea - bread pudding was born! Usually this snack is made with sliced bread, which needs to be baked in the oven for 5 minutes before use to make it hard, but I don’t need the baguette, which also saves a step!
