Orange and Mango Pancake
[Class ji. Pancake] I believe many of my friends have eaten it and are familiar with this dessert. To make it, you can directly apply cream on the dough, put some fruit in it and eat it. Another way is to spread the cream on it, wrap the cream inside the dough, and add your favorite fruits. It is also delicious. . . The pancake I made today not only uses milk in the dough, but also adds freshly squeezed orange juice. The texture tastes a bit like orange. In the past, I used milk to mix the batter with pancakes. Since there are oranges at home every day, I changed the taste. . . It is the season for mangoes to be on the market recently. I bought 2 kilograms of mangoes at the market. They are very cheap, only MYR 5. Some of the mangoes were used to make some ice cream. My nephew said he liked the mango ice cream I made last month. I made two more boxes two days ago. . . Relax yourself and let the food bring you joy; this way your life will be more exciting. . .

Orange Flavored Glutinous Rice Chiffon Cake
This is the first time I tried adding glutinous rice flour to the cake ingredients. The texture is a little different from the ordinary chiffon cake. It feels a bit fragrant and sticky. In order to make the taste more fragrant, the water is replaced by freshly squeezed orange juice. In addition, some orange zest is added, which gives it a strong orange flavor.

Orange, Beetroot and Spinach Salad
Beet, also known as beetroot in some supermarkets, evolved from a wild plant called sea beetroot that grows along the Mediterranean coast. It is sweet in taste and slightly cool in nature. It has the functions of strengthening the stomach and digestion, relieving cough and reducing phlegm, reducing heat and detoxification, and detoxifying the liver. This dish often appears in BUFFET's salad vegetables. It tastes like fruit. This time it has a milky and slightly orange flavor. It can be eaten hot or cold. I like to eat beetroot very much. I have been using it as fruit recently. I made a salad yesterday. It was very delicious and appetizing. I would like to share it.

Dreamy Fruit Mousse
I’ve been thinking about making a mousse with passion fruit. Although, in this spring when it is suddenly warm and then cold, the mousse is still a little cool. However, the passion fruit is not to be missed. How many times have my eyes passed over Teacher Meng’s dreamy fresh fruit mousse, but I could only pass it by because the ingredients were not prepared. In fact, even now, with passion fruit, fresh blueberries are still hard to find. Fortunately, Teacher Meng has a note that raisins can be used instead. However, in this way, the name of fresh fruit seems a bit reluctant. God knows what a Kifford cookie is. However, since it is used as a cake base, digestive biscuits must also be suitable. As for the mirror pectin, you can omit it if you don’t have to do anything. It just makes it less shiny. Really unwilling to do so, I searched for Junzhi's first aid plan online. However, they are not satisfied. Option one, jelly. Very feasible in operation. However, the jelly you buy always has an overly spicy smell, which makes people feel grudged. Option two, commercially available jam. Not to mention the color of the jam, the taste of the jam alone made people reject this plan. In fact, it stands to reason that gelatine or fish gelatin powder should also be sufficient for this purpose. I didn't know where to look for proof, but suddenly I found a case of this method. Easy to solve. The dosage of gelatine tablets is also a bit confusing. What are the specifications of Teacher Meng’s 3 gelatin tablets? She stated in the dessert cup that the gelatine tablets she used were 2.5g/piece. Is this the same in other places? Let's assume she is. Then 3*2.5≈my own 2*4 must be feasible. Later facts proved that this is so feasible that the mousse after solidification has a slightly tough feeling. It seems that the amount of gelatine tablets used is slightly too large. If I had known it, I would have used 1.5 tablets. There is no mousse frame, and a 6-inch heart-shaped movable bottom mold is used to replace Teacher Meng's two heart-shaped mousse frames. It took a lot of effort to remove the base plate by inverting the mold, and even damaged the mousse a little, so I painted it with a mirror surface, hoping that it could cover up the ugliness. Later I remembered that I had always used a non-stick mold to replace the mousse frame

High fiber nut bar
Regarding the bar-shaped biscuits, Teacher Meng said this: do not shape them in advance, and then cut them after the dough is baked, which is called ‘BAR’ in American biscuits. …‘squares’ are characteristic of their appearance, each with a different flavor… However, such squares are difficult to associate with slender sticks. And for the convenience of eating and storage, the small cubes I cut are even more difficult to call stick... Maybe stick is just a transliteration? … At the end of making it, I discovered that this biscuit had no oil. It’s better without oil, and it tastes less burdensome.
