Braised pears in red wine. It is a very simple French dessert. Red wine is rich in magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron and other substances. Grape seeds are rich in nutrients polyphenols, which have anti-aging capabilities. The pear is soft and fragrant. The combination of the two becomes a traditional delivery delicacy. My preparation method is based on the recipe of Maizi Lao Ma in the world of food, but the recipe is still different. Since I didn’t have fresh lemons at home, I used dried lemon slices and baking lemon juice. (I will use Momma Mai’s fresh lemon recipe in the recipe.) There is no cinnamon. I used Italian mixed spices. The result was a mistake. The pear produced was very fragrant, glutinous and delicious, and the aroma lingered throughout the room during the stewing process.
