Iceberg red wine braised pears
Overview
Braised pears in red wine. It is a very simple French dessert. Red wine is rich in magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron and other substances. Grape seeds are rich in nutrients polyphenols, which have anti-aging capabilities. The pear is soft and fragrant. The combination of the two becomes a traditional delivery delicacy. My preparation method is based on the recipe of Maizi Lao Ma in the world of food, but the recipe is still different. Since I didn’t have fresh lemons at home, I used dried lemon slices and baking lemon juice. (I will use Momma Mai’s fresh lemon recipe in the recipe.) There is no cinnamon. I used Italian mixed spices. The result was a mistake. The pear produced was very fragrant, glutinous and delicious, and the aroma lingered throughout the room during the stewing process.

Steps
-
It’s actually really simple to prepare the ingredients.
-
Peel the pear, put it into the pot, add red wine, sugar, slice half a lemon and squeeze the juice from the other half. Of course, if you are lazy, you can also add dried lemon slices and lemon juice for baking like I did. Then add cinnamon and cook over high heat for 10 minutes.
-
After 10 minutes, transfer to the stew pot and simmer for half an hour.
-
Then just let it sit in the pot for a few hours, or you can put it in the refrigerator.
-
Blend the ice cubes into smoothies with a smoothie machine,
-
Pile the smoothie on a plate and top with the red wine pears. Because the red wine pear tastes better after being chilled.
-
Plating completed.
-
The red wine is simmered in sugar and lemon juice and added with ice cubes to make it more delicious
