I bought the golden cicada in the summer and kept it in the refrigerator, just waiting to have a plate during the holidays. My husband said it was very enjoyable! ! My daughter also ate several!

Cicada, that’s what it’s called here. In some places, it’s also called Cicada, Cicada, etc. When I was young, I followed the adults to catch cicadas at night with flashlights. There would be small holes in the ground. At night, they would crawl out of the holes, still covered in soil. I watched them struggle to climb up, and then find a place to slowly shed their outer shells, turning into flying cicadas. I often catch them and sometimes let them go, not having the heart to eat them. I haven’t eaten this for many years. If I eat it once in a while, it reminds me of my childhood. I remember when I was going to morning school when I was a child, walking on the embankment with trees, I would inadvertently find the small hole of cicadas, but in the end I let them go.
