A delicious chocolate bean cookie. As a true chocolate lover, I couldn't help myself when I came across this one. I ate two pieces in one go without posing for a photo. The rich chocolate flavor and the texture of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside are simply great! This recipe makes only 15 large chocolate cookies.
