There is too much bread to eat at once. Although freezing is a way to preserve bread, I never like to use it. Simply slice this small piece of toast into rusks and use it as biscuits. It is dry and crispy, but not as oily and sugary as biscuits, so there is no pressure to eat it. Stored in an airtight container, it will last for several days. The toast with mascarpone cheese has a rich milky aroma, and even though it is baked dry, it still retains its flavor.
