We have been playing with Western-style buns for a while, and now we are also making Chinese-style steamed buns. The method is actually similar, except that the last step is different, one goes into the steamer, and the other goes into the oven. The steamed buns we make do not contain baking powder, but only yeast. The method is the same as the Chinese-style steamed buns in Western-style buns.
