Stir-fried minced tofu with wolfberry sprouts
Wolfberry seedlings are the buds that grow on the wolfberry vines. Now is spring, which is a good time to pick wolfberry buds. Lycium barbarum seedlings can be regarded as an ingredient with the same origin as medicine and food. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that it can clear away heat and replenish deficiency, nourish the liver and improve eyesight. Indications: dizziness, night blindness, red and painful eyes, and filmy eyes caused by liver yin deficiency or liver heat; deficiency and irritability, fever, thirst and dry mouth, and toothache due to deficiency fire. I went to pick the wolfberry seedlings in person this morning. I came back, cleaned them and mixed them with tofu to eat. The tofu was first crushed and stir-fried until fragrant, and then mixed with the wolfberry seedlings. It was originally mixed to make burritos, but before the cakes were ready, the vegetables were all eaten.
