Overview
Wolfberry seedlings are the young stems and leaves of Lycium barbarum, a herbaceous plant of the Solanaceae family. Alias: wolfberry vegetables, wolfberry heads, wolfberry leaves, wolfberry tips. Function: Clear away heat and replenish deficiency, nourish liver and improve eyesight. Usage: Used for dizziness, night blindness, red eyes, astringent pain, and filmy film caused by deficiency of liver yin or liver heat; deficiency of irritability and fever, thirst and dry mouth; deficiency of fire and toothache. Ingredients: Contains betaine, β-sitosterol glucoside, tannins, rutin, vitamin B1, vitamin C, various amino acids, and various organic acids such as succinic acid and malic acid. Meridian distribution of nature and flavor: bitter, sweet, cool in nature. Enters the liver and kidney meridians.

Pick and wash wolfberry seedlings

Put into a pot of boiling water

Blanch it and take it out

Soak in cold boiled water

Blanch black fungus and vermicelli in boiling water until soft

Add salt and chicken essence to the garlic and mash it into minced garlic

Add rice vinegar, oyster sauce and sesame oil to taste
