Add all the ingredients except butter into the bread barrel, start the dough mixing process (I use Dongling Fruit Bread Machine, the dough mixing program is 10 minutes) and knead the dough.

Add butter, start the dough process, and start the dough process again after 10 minutes.

Knead into a smooth dough.

Turn off the bread machine and allow the dough to rise at room temperature until doubled in size.

Take out the fermented dough, remove the air, divide into two equal parts, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for 20 minutes.

After rolling out, place into the toast mold, ferment until 9 minutes full, and cover the toast mold.

Preheat the oven to 185°C, bake on the middle and lower racks for 35 minutes.
