Materials are ready.

Peel the shells and devein the shrimps, add a little salt and knead the shrimps, wash and drain them, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate them for about 2 hours.

Peel the pork belly and cut into small cubes. Set aside.

Take out the shrimps, flatten them with a knife, and chop roughly into paste with the back of the knife.

Beat an egg white into the shrimp paste, add a little salt, cornstarch, and diced pork belly.

Stir evenly in clockwise direction and set aside.

Wash the fresh mushrooms, remove the stems, and marinate them with light soy sauce.

Spread a thin layer of cornstarch into the mushrooms.

Stuff the stirred shrimp paste into the mushrooms.

Arrange evenly on the plate and steam over high heat for about 8 minutes.

Heat the oil in a pan and pour it on the mushrooms.
