Homemade burger buns
Overview
I didn’t make any changes to the burger buns this time. I completely followed Teacher Meng’s recipe. It’s rare for us to behave ourselves. After making this kind of burger, put it in a plastic bag until it is warm with your hands, or put it cool in the freezer of the refrigerator. When you want to eat it, take it out and use the reheating function of the microwave to reheat the bread. In about forty-eight seconds, the frozen and solid bread will be as soft as ever. Add eggs, ham, patties and cheese. You can eat whatever you want!

Mix all the ingredients in the main ingredients, knead into a smooth dough, add melted butter little by little, knead until the dough can be pulled out as a transparent film, and ferment until it is 2.5 times in size. (Mine is a bit over the top)
