Air fryer version of grilled yellow croaker
Overview
The air fryer is really convenient, especially in summer. You no longer have to sweat profusely in front of the stove to take a sauna, which saves manpower. And the whole process does not require a drop of oil, which is very healthy. Love it so much! I bought a new air fryer, so I will try it out more recently and post recipes. Many of my friends have hidden frying pans at home, and they told me that they only made French fries in their memory! What a waste of natural resources! Come with me on a food journey!

Remove the scales and internal organs of the fresh yellow croaker, wash it, rub salt on the fish, pour in cooking wine, a little light soy sauce, green onions and ginger and marinate for 20 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees for five minutes, then put the fish in it. Cook at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, turning over every 5 minutes.
