Bacon, Spring Bamboo Shoots and Snow Peas
Overview
It’s the season of eating spring bamboo shoots again. Today’s spring bamboo shoots are paired with snow peas and Hormel’s Best Value Bacon. This bacon does not require additional oil when used for stir-frying. Use medium-low heat to force out the oil from the bacon and use it directly for stir-frying. It is fragrant and refreshing. The taste will not disappoint you.

Slice the spring bamboo shoots, bring the soup pot to a boil, add salt and oil, blanch the spring bamboo shoots for 2 minutes.

Add snow peas and blanch for 1 minute and drain.

Cool the boiled water and drain.

Hormel Value Selection Bacon Slices.

Put in a pan and fry over medium-low heat.

Fry until both slices are brown.

Add a little oil and sauté the garlic slices until fragrant.

Add snow peas and stir-fry and add appropriate amount of salt.
