Steps

  1. Bring the sago cooking water to a boil over high heat, add the sago, turn to low heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, filter and rinse with cold water; refill the water and bring to a boil, add the sago and cook for another 5-10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove and soak in cold water.
