Stir-fried clams with Haitian sauce
Overview
Another great dish to go with wine. Well, no money was spent. Our family dug them at the beach. Although they vary in size, they are raised directly in seawater without any sediment. They are fried with Haitian sauce and are quite enjoyable when paired with beer!

Put a little oil in the pot and sauté the shredded ginger and dried red pepper until fragrant.

Add Haitian sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add clams and stir-fry.

Cover and simmer for a while, stirring occasionally until all the clams open and are cooked.
