Caramel Cream Sauce
Overview
In order to consume the whipped cream, I also made caramel cream sauce two days ago. It was so delicious when spread on toast. I couldn't stop on the way to gain weight. 😓😓

Weigh out the sugar (I used caster sugar), whipping cream and butter, forget to add the salt.

Pour the light cream into a small pot, cook until warm, remove from heat and set aside.

Take another pot, add sugar and a little water and heat it. When the sugar starts to melt, be sure to stir continuously.

Cook until all the sugar is melted and a little yellow. There is no need to boil the sugar to caramel color in this step, because it will be further caramelized later.

Add the butter to the syrup and stir to melt.

Pour the warm whipped cream into the syrup and stir well, bring to a boil again and add salt and stir well.

Simmer for a while until the sugar turns red and turn off the heat.

Sterilize the glass bottle by boiling water in advance, dry the water, pour the caramel cream sauce into the bottle, let it cool and then refrigerate it.

Don’t waste what’s in the pot. I added 1 bag of milk and made a cup of milk tea.
