Overview
My baby doesn't like boiled eggs or scrambled eggs, so I had no choice but to make braised eggs. This is the first time I made braised eggs and they tasted good. My baby ate three and a half.

Just lightly score the surface of the peeled eggs two or three times, so that the marinated egg yolk will also be tasty. Add water to the electric pot, add salt, sugar, sauce, peppercorns, star anise, and finally beer and stir evenly. Add the eggs and cook until the pot boils, then cook for ten minutes, pour into a basin, let cool and put in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
